Our service area is constrained by the type of service needed.
In Person Service
In person services are limited by geographic area
Web sites, of course are always remote in nature. It really does not matter where the host, or server of your web pages is, as long as the response time is quick and the site maintains a 99% or greater up time.
Our in person services are generally limited to the following counties: Wood, Wirt, Calhoun, Roane and Jackson. We make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Remote Service
If your computer can connect to the Internet, we can establish a remote connection and one of our technicians can fix your problems. You remain in control of the connection and you see what is happening; the session is made over an https connection, so any information is safe in transit.
Where?
Anywhere, as long as you can connect to the Internet.
